That promise led me to earn multiple certifications and specialize in narcissistic abuse recovery. Today, I work with women and men who feel like they’ve lost their voice, their confidence, or their sense of self. Through personalized coaching, group support, and transformative workshops, I guide them toward clarity, self-worth, and lasting empowerment.
